Heather's Healing LLC is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages. We are no longer responsible once the package is in the carrier's custody. Any concerns with package delivery or the condition of the package upon delivery need to be addressed with the carrier. Please provide your current mailing address upon checkout; this is the address to which your package will be shipped.
